import files to ansys

Hello.

I would need help on theansys 11: I have to perform static and dynamic analysis of a schematized church in a series of parallelepiped blocks (which simulate the blocks of the masonry) but when I import the model into ansys (.sat) the model is seen as a single block and I can't selese anything. Does anyone know what it should be?

a single block in the sense of a single volume where you can't dissect the individual parts of the modeling? I do not know the format you use, but with the iges from proe the problem is solved by creating the individual parts, making the assembly file, saving the iges with the options that is a assembled. However in some cases there are complications, and sometimes I prefer to model in ansys...
