import step in ansys

Hello, everyone.

I must simulate a piece with not exactly simple shapes, designed in pro-e. I usually exported from pro-e to iges and then imported into ansys, and everything always went well. But now I have added some fittings and the import no longer works me.
the fittings are inside a "box" whose bottom is a conical surface, and the side walls all parallel to the axis of the cone itself (as it is not correct to say that some planes are parralleli to a board, but I think it is understood)

I have already put the maximum precision (0.0001) in pro-e.

I wanted to try importing in step, but this is not in the file->import list within ansys. I add that I can not use the workbench, but only classical ansys (multiphysics).

someone can tell me if ansys can import step, how can I proceed, and what can be the eye problem?

solved... there for that when I wrote I had not thought to try this...I identified the sides whose connections did not allow the import, I divided the connection feature in 2 isolating the critical ones...now the import works...miracles of the "proof until it goes", source of 99% of the solutions in these cases :d
