import stp files into solidedge

I should import a stp file in solidedge, but when the amount while being more body makes me a lump of bodies.
I would like to disassemble them and recreate the original structure, now I do not know if in the file that amount there is already some kind of reciprocal relationship
between the various parts, but I guess so.... .
Could I have some tips on how to import it correctly?

when it amounts selects an asm file as destination, and the bodies will be divided into parts (if provided by who created the step).

If that's not even how it gets complicated. You could try to remove away the various "part copy", save in parasolid and then reopen in asm, but to locate the problematic point you might need a lot of time.
