Good morning to all,
I have a problem importing a 3d file of autocad in inventor 2013.


someone would be so kind in explaining what the correct procedure is also because I have other items to import, or even convert the attached file to a part to then insert into my own set.

I tried to save it even in iges format and then import it but it gives me surfaces to correct and then it does not see it as a solid body.

I saved the file in .sat format and imported into inv sees it as surfaces now how I turn it into a solid body? ? ? ?

Why sat and not step (or stp) ? ?

Anyway, you can solidify it with "colpisci" (I think it's called so in Italian. . . )
