import two files and merge them together

hello to everyone I wanted to know if anyone knows if with rhino I can import two files that I created in another program and merge them together to create one element?? ? because I can only import one at a time.. .I am the usual Dental cad software user so inexperienced but rhino could be very useful...thanks to who knows how to give me answers

What's the difference? import a file, then the other, finally you add them as you want, and carry out in the format that interests you, the element will be one. I don't think there's a cad that matters two files in one shot.
