hi to all, I am a new user of the forum and new is also my knowledge of patran-nastran(r3)-adams (r2).
I am carrying out thesis activities (engineering) and I was asked to perform a dynamic analysis of a mechanical component by adams (I have already performed a fem analysis with patran-nastran of the same component).
from what I understood it is necessary to import the model fem created in adams. to do this I created the .op2 file that in theory should be converted from adams to a .mnf file so as to perform the analysis once you insert constraints and motion laws.
the commands I follow to do this are:
build>flexible bodies>adams/flex>fem translate. ..load the op2 but I just press on ok tells me that there have been errors:
