Good morning.
I have already tried to googlare and between autodesk and various forums but I did not come to head.
I am interfaced with the company chart to be able to trace back to measurements for details to be reproduced on solidworks.
Does anyone know a working method to extrapolate as much information as possible from a pdf3d?
we read that you can convert in neutral format (collada, obj, parasolid et simila) but we can not understand how.some threads say via photoshop:
some via a simple "export prices" and export it:
(specifies that if I press right button on the background does not even appear the "export date" box we also tried through conversion sites in dwg and dxf but the final result is this in both cases:
I ask you all, do you know an import method for pdf3d?
it seems strange that the values of pdf3d cannot be measured in any other way;
also with the special tool "measuring instrument 3d": it is not possible to define a value, on the contrary, it is defined but to pleasure through "model unit".
then summarized:
Does anyone know how to import file sti c.. somehow? or cannot be done?
(Laughter but I don't have the gift of synthesis, I know)
I trust you,
thanks in advance

already at point "1" we block, photoshop apparently does not recognize it as object 3d and not from the possibility to open it as file 3d.i have managed to export from 3d pdf to obj or collada with these steps:
1. open your 3d pdf in photoshop as 3d object (select option "3d" on opening).
2. photoshop will start in 3d mode
3. from menu - 3d, select "export 3d layer"
4. select collada as file format, obj scale object incorrectly.
some via a simple "export prices" and export it:
but with my acrobat reader it does not even appear to me export except in format:you have to import your cad files into acrobat 3d using the prc brep mode.
then activate 3d content.
right click on background and select export data...
you can now export your data to the available formats (vrml step etc..)
