Hello, everyone. I have a problem importing a rhino file in key-shot 4. the error message I see is as follows:
"....../users/(my name)/documents/aircraft.3dm does not contain 3d geometry. within rhino, select view/shaded before saving it." I add that the version I use is rhinoceros 5 per mac.

What can I do to solve the problem?

I have another problem. when I amount the model in keyshot disappear some elements. Could it also be in this case a problem of incompatibility between rhino5 and keyshot? (say I have version 5 also of keyshot)

to me they do not turn out incopathy, in the sense of me it always went well

I do this:

from rhino allocates to each component of object 3d a material (if two components will happen the same keyshot material will interpret them as only group)

export to .obj format

by keyshot imports file in .obj format

Obviously you have to set the respective set of parameters for the obj both in rhino and in keyshot
but nothing complicated
