impossible display render

I'm doing a 3d in archicad 12 and the file is getting pretty heavy. Unfortunately, at the time of rendering (which I can only do with my laptop that has 2 ram giga), the photorender porietion, after a few minutes waiting, is completely white... why? How can I solve this problem?
