impossible to create blocks

hi to all, I have a big problem, it is a few days that I can no longer create the blocks in autocad, I don't know what happened but now when I write in the console of the commands "lock" opens the usual mask for creation, select the lines concerned, I give a name to the block to create clicks on ok but nothing happens, the lines I don't know grouped among them are as if I didn't do anything.. .

If anyone can help me, I will be grateful! !
