impossible to find multilinea text editor

Hello everyone,

I had to reinstall autocad 2009 and surprise of surprises I can no longer edit the texts, gives me the following error message:
"command: _mtedit impossible to find the shell program"the same problem gives me if I try to use the command line director.

Can someone give me some help?
I would have a desperate need.
