impossible to load profile file

Hi, I'll be back after a while to treasure vs. help so precious!
from a couple of days, when autocad startup comes out the following writing: "Impossible to load profile files. some profile information saved in the last session may not be restored".
What does that mean and how could I solve the problem?
Has anyone happened yet?

Hi.
do this verification, command line type _cui and press Enter, pretically enter the management of autocad menus.
if you go to the end of the list find "partial customization files", press on + sign and see the list of uploaded files.
among these look if you find one with written in parentheses (unresolved) allego img.
If you find it, just select it and click on it.
At this point, you shouldn't have the problem.

Thanks for the answer.
Unfortunately under "partial customization files" the sgr file (unresolved) does not appear. there are only custom and express... What do I do?
