impossible to open new tab with custom dwt model

hi, I reinstalled acad 2015 on the pc following maintenance, I'm recovering the old configuration ( cuix, quick keys and other ) I copied my dwt model in the correct path but when I click on the + that is next to new tab I don't open the set model but the new interface tab is replicated... .
