impossible to open the registry file

hi to all, not having found solutions to my problem in search, I would be grateful if someone could give me directions regarding the notice that appears to me when I start photoshop cs6 ,cito testually "impossible to open the registry file of changes register photoshop.the registry of changes is not active", so I do ok and it opens regularly except to turn off without apparent reason after a few minutes.
I press that I have no computer performance issues.

absolutely I also thought of removing it and reinstalling it, but I don't know if it would work out.
