Impossible to save dates

if it is a dropbox problem I could try to uninstall it and reinstall it as the other pc works well.
before doing so I wait for an answer because the dropbox folder is 157 giga and it will take two days to sync again

as it has already recommended falonef better to delete catsetting.

by default is in:
"c:\users\?? ? \appdata\roaming\dassaultsystemes\catsettings"

Watch out. if you delete all files you lose any customizations you have made.

I renamed the catsetting folder pippo I enabled a license I restarted but the problem persists
