impossible to save in file versions prior to 2010

Hello guys, I have a poroblema with autocad 2012. (but actually I have already happened in previous versions). provided that for convenience I have as default setting the save in 2007 format (because still today I happen to have to pass files to owners of that version).
All of a sudden, the classic screen appears to me: " version package. This design contains objects not supported in previous versions. impossible to save objects in a previous version." the message of course is still very long but you will know it for sure.
is there a method not to be forced to save the file in the vers. 2010??? (that clearly no from this error).
Is there a way to locate any items (aec per es, that I have no idea what they are, I found only guides in English) or just those objects that make me appear this screen, then explode them and/or change them? ? ?

I would only do it for files to send to others, however:

Thanks for the celery answer! It works! but by damning me for a while I realized how I did from nothing to have that screen, and there is nothing (I think) that is listed in the autocad guide related to this topic starting from the guide page you attached me. (Navigating I arrived at this http://docs.autodesk.com/acdlt/2013/ita/index.html?url=files/guid-86c80ca1-f237-4ae6-8a43-2e9ca06a03a8.htm,topicnumber=d30e225296practically, using the design center and importing a layout I had on another dwg where of course there were no aec objects inside.
How is it possible? ? ?
Finally, I would not abuse your kindness, but I would have at this point other questions...the first, when you are relaxing if you want to update me on the business question (I am curious). the second is if you can attach the link you posted in the previous answer. . .
and last... reading the page I attached you to the autocad guide, listing the objects considered aec of the various programs, also lists the associative quotas of autocad and acadlt. I tried to create an associative quota (which I normally do) and then save the file in 2007, but it doesn't give me the same problem... here I hope you can fill these doubts when and if you want to...

I meant that the version change of files almost every two/three releases is also a way to make the software more quickly outdated and push the user to purchase the last release.

hmm I think not at this point. ..because I tried now with a new file and nn gave me the same problem (if so we can call it)

This is the only thing I couldn't find. I tried to save in version 2000 with a file in which only membership odds were present but the offending screen did not appear... based on the link (exact time:smile that I sent you you can see how to autocad the only objects considered aec are the membership odds. . .but by inserting them and saving in the most obsolete format nothing happens. .
