in autocad 2014 the migration settings are missing

hi to all, I installed the new version of autocad 2014 map3d and I have a problem, while for 2013, when you go from start/programs/autodesk/autocad 2013/migrate custom settings, for the autocad 2014 there is no this folder that allows you to import only all the settings previously made on the old version of autocad.

Can you tell me why?
