in the file menu do not find the "save" command

Good morning to all,
I have a small/big problem.
I have just installed catia v5 r21 and in catpart environment as in other environments in the toolbar --> file --> I do not find the function "save" or at least "saving management", and maybe even import, in short, there are a few voices missing.
what I see is only:
- New.. .
- New from...
-Open...
--chiudi.. .
--print.. .
- Printer tax. . .
--desk.. .
--property of the document

I also took a look in the menu customize but with negative outcome.
How can I do that? Do you have an idea?

in your case perhaps the catsettings are corrupted

try to delete catsetting, they are usually in the directory: c:\users\tuonome\appdata\roaming\dassaultsystemes (the exact address depends on environment variables) and contain caia configuration settings, then search the folder and fan a security copy, then delete all content and start caia.

You have to find the folder that is sometimes hidden. search on google how to make hidden folders visible and then do the search.

Indeed, as catsettings are the settings of all parameters (licenses, icons, views etc.) related to installation (in fact I wrote to make a security copy and if the attempt fails to restore them).

then change everything: this is the forum catia v5 catpart, and the answers are for v5, while you are asking for information of catia v5 6r2015, very different product, which (I think) does not allow to save the files individually as we are used to doing, but manage everything on a server in a way not defined by the single user.

management of catsettings in catia v5 6r2015 remains the same as in previous versions <r24.
