inclined plan creation

Good evening, everyone! I'm back here asking for help. I have to create an engraving on a solid conical trunk and I must therefore start creating a new plan, in this case tilted and adjacent to the edge of the trunk. But I can't find the right references.
I attach 3 screenshots:
1. conical trunk edge with inclination (5°);
2. where the engraved text should be inserted;
3. General view.

Do you have any ideas to give me? Thank you! !

perfect, solved thanks.. I felt like I already did this.. but without a good result but obviously I did something wrong.. Maybe I reversed the references.
