Thank you very much for the answer.... but maybe I explained badly. .
I should include the geometry of a sketch to make another sketch.

I mean, imagine you've already made a cylinder and you need it for any reason, the circumference of this cylinder epr make another extrusion.
instead of remake the circumference I would need a command to use the cyronference of nuvous but on another sketch.

with ctrl+left card selects only lines but not as a "new" sketch
