incomplete print with cad

Good morning to all,
I work with cad2011 and I have a hplaserjet130 printer which, until yesterday, worked perfectly.
are two days I try to print in a3 format, but every time, despite the preview is correct, the print comes out cut at different heights (sometimes cut in half sheet, sometimes higher, sometimes even lower etc) despite the print settings are always equal and the setting procedure of the page does not change!
I have also tried to print in pdf and then launch the print, but the probelma is back .. I don't understand whether it is a problem of cad, page setting or printer ..

Is the printer connected to your pc directly or is it network?

if you print in pdf and get a correct print, and that pdf sends it to the printer and get the cut print, it goes as if the problem is in the printer.
something you have or has changed in the printer settings. uninstall and reinstall it, if you own it.
