incorporate image within the design

Hello everyone
I have a problem: in my folder I entered the company logo as xref image, only that, whenever I pass the file to others or if the image is not in the right folder, disappears from the drawing.
do you know how I can do to insert it into the drawing file without having to take me around the logo .png?
I thought I could do but I don't remember how

Not to mention that ole weighs absurdly, and if you have a 200kb file to which you apply (let's say an example) a word folder, you can switch to 6-7 mega in a flash.

and you know you have a 200kb file with 2 layouts each with the above folder you get to 14mb of files as if nothing was (and so on). .

until the files turn inside the company nothing happens, but when I send a dwg to a customer or a supplier if you do not see the logo x me it is a problem, I know that it is a menata but the boss keeps us a lot to this kind of thing, plus I take into account that the logo has conceived him recently and goes mooolto proud
