Hello.
I have the following problem:
I should copy part of the xrif and paste it into my actual design.
at home with autocad 2004 full version I have the possibility to do it using the modrif function, opens a window by typing the command , which gives me the possibility to work directly on the xrif and isolate part of the design and thus insert it directly into the reference file.
There is no such function in the lt.
or other commands that can solve my problem?
Thank you.

command -xriftype an option [?/join/stacca/percorso/sload/reload/surface/attach) <attacca>:

from the online guide:</attacca>join: converts a specified dwg reference to a block, making it a permanent part of the design.
type xrif names/i to connect: type a name or list of names separated by commas
objects with name dependent on xrif, such as layer names, the previous xrif are added to the design. in each object with xrif dependent name the vertical bar character (|) is replaced by three new characters: a number (usually 0) between two dollar symbols ($). the number is increased if the name already exists in the current design.
I do not know if in the late 2004 that option is present. See a little...

the problem is that by doing so I join all xrif,
it is composed of many schemes and therefore if I turn it into a single block and then explode it are point and end.
while with the modrif command I could enter the xrif select a scheme I chose and escude it from the xrif to be able to change it in my cart.

(I apologize for my ignorance but I have not understood the symbols you wrote to me:
in each object with xrif dependent name the vertical bar character (|) is replaced by three new characters: a number (usually 0) between two dollar symbols ($). the number is increased if the name already exists in the current design.[/I]; should I write them as commands? ....
Thank you.

1) (recommended) lt extender
- but it is an application that "squeezes the eye"to illegality.

2) or autocad updates ... in 2010 was introduced the _refedit

Good job

Yeah. I don't think you have anything else...

lt is full do not differ only for the 3d as many believe... but there are many other limitations... see this... programming lisp,vba... etc.
ok
grazie
