I am a mechanical designer, of machinery that have an average of 60/70 under assemblies of the main assembly.
I wanted to understand with you if it was possible to increase somehow the management/speed in the execution of the assemblies.
I better explain how we handle the assemblies in the company:

each final set is managed of the type, 3 under assemblies that compose it (different and called differently) go to compose the distinct base.
each below together, composed for example also by 3 components have their own dedicated design.

the product we make is almost never standard but customised.
we use creo parametric.

I just wanted to ask you if you also know external tools that are used in companies with customised products, which increase the speed of emission of drawings and finished products.

Any idea?

certain .. the system is an addon of creo parmateric that can also be connected to pdmlink. read a csv where the component name (prt or asm), csys to be used for assembly and then other for changing parameters/quote, suppressing feature/components, creating csys and other .. the system starts and create an automatic set. for modest details we can organize a demo.
