I often have to import 2d autocad designs. I did "import" both with dwg and dxf, but the software makes a mistake.
tried also with various versions of dwg and dxf, always the same mistake.

hello to all...I just bought the version of standard alibre, now that I am in own do not need a big cad and then the offer was very attractive. ...I must say however that it is a nice cad, certainly different from catia, solidworks and pro-e but for me it is valid..... construction 3d is intuitive and simple, the table clear and clean....I had only a problem on the assemblies.. .I can't find the wheel command piece to be able to spin it as I want...but I guess it doesn't exist... and then it stuck after loading 10 pieces...... but I have to say I'm quite satisfied with the purchase....yello to all. .

please send us in info@lista.it only 10 pieces that have caused problems? probably as in the previous case just update the directx. or, even if you have not signed an update and technical support contract, for 30 days from purchase you can open an incident by signing-in with username and password on www.alibre.com - in the next few days we will put other examples in http://www.lista.it/alibre/showcase.html but already there you find me with hundreds of pieces, try to see if you read them without problems.. .

I don't know if I understand your problem:redface: but in combination environment under tools -> wheel piece, put the tick and you should be able to orientate it as you want...

for study list and preparation h...I bought the software a few days ago so, although I have a lot of experience on cad, I still have to know it, the axieme that gave problems I deleted it and remade....I did not open the maintenance contract because I would first see how the activity turns but later I will open it also because I would like to pass to the higher versions (crisis allowing).... as regards to rotate the piece in axiemi environment, as it says well.
