hi guys why can't I see the weld profiles I make in the solidworks tab 2019?
I feel like doing all the proper procedure.
I attach the library file and an image where you can notice that the test library is not even selectable.

insert the solid version into the profile so that you give advice with the version and exchange compatible files.
do not attach phones via external sites, but use forum tools; if there is not the extension of the file you want to attach zipper

the answer lies in the fact that it is not a configured profile.
with new versions (from 2018 I think) the profiles are 2 types: normal and configured.
normal profiles must have their own folder and must have a profile file by size
configured profiles must not have their own folder and must have at least 2 configurations inside to be read

massivonweizen, how do you use configured profiles? I press that it is the first time I hear them appoint and that I have found nothing useful even on the solidworks guide.

like any configured file.
create the library profile, through the data table create all the necessary configurations.
when you save you have to be careful not to insert it into a subfolder in the profile path; in practice if now the normal profile library is managed in this way percorso>weldement profile>iso>angolare>30x3 using configured profiles should be percorso>weldement profile>iso>angolare where in the first case there will be a folder (angular) containing all the profiles (30x3, 40x2, 50x4....) while in the second the sldlfp file will be located directly in the iso card (or consideration) because size (30x3, 40x2, 50x4....) will be contained in the same file

practically for each new profile variant belonging to the same family we will have a new configuration instead of having a new file. one master for all variants.
