info submarine and center rings

I wanted to ask two things,

1) the sizing of submarines to cone .

2) the centering ring how do you mount compared to the cold nozzle? i.e. assuming a ring d100 with central hole d28, at what height do I have to place the head of the nozzle compared to the upper floor of the ring?

2) below two solutions:
a) the plate containing the compass head is sufficiently high -> the cold injection compas is held down by the centering ring, so the centering ring goes over the compass head with air of 0.1/0,2mm
b)the plate containing the compass head is not sufficiently high -> the cold injection compas is coupled diametrically to the center ring, then the centering ring wraps the compass head with air of 0.1/0,2mm.
in this case the plug acts, as well as from position, also from restraint of the compass.
