Are you sure it's version 7?
if it is so I think it is easier than it does not work than the contrary, too many different operating systems than when it was created, various updates etc.
I guess you're not paying and so you don't have any more assistance, but a phone call to a service center would do it, even if I have to say that I've been running out of service lately, and I have a bad feeling.

good morning and thank you for the answer, I'm almost certain that it is version 7 and it is installed on windows 2000 from 2005 and it always worked perfectly, but as I wrote the owner came to miss, and I fix a bit of files and folders, I don't want to have moved or deleted, inadvertently something, I repeat it all, just doesn't make changes, or does not create new designs, I wrote to the vertetron both mail and their forum, but I never responded.

moving files or folders do not think you can create problems like the one indicated, unless you do it in the c:\cimatron folder.
All the more it comes to think that after sixteen years the computer can have some connection.

But if it was a license problem, I think it wouldn't even open the program.
