bhè now things are a bit clearer, but here you don't just need a render but an animation not only of the point of view but also of objects (tapparelles etc.) then excluding autocad as a program (only shows not objects) you have to go to other software (3d studio, cinema etc.)

I believe that cmq the difference in price is not kept in making the render in itself but at what level of detail should be done (I mean to model interior and exterior accessories etc).
