information for software modeling 3d

Hello, everyone. I am new to the site and I immediately expose you my problem. are an archaeologist, in the laboratory where we work we use a stereo-photogrammetric technology with a software that produces 3d cloud models of textured points. the problem that I submit lies in the management of these models, or in the possibility to modify them once generated, mosaiced and exported in the most common formats of modeling (for example to produce a display of the various phases of construction or to propose an example of how the building could present itself in a historical period of reference, all this however starting from the model 3d generated by the relief). I was thinking about enrolling in a 3d modeling course but I don't know what software to rely on (rhino, 3dstudio, revit or anything). Do you have any advice?

Do you know realitylinx?
I have seen some time ago a presentation and I must say that it has favourably impressed me the ability to manage clouds of consistent points thanks to a series of tools that allow the fractionation.
