Hi guys I write this message to have a very important and urgent information for me, today I found a problem on solidworks toolbox and it is this, two days ago I designed a toothed wheel taking it from the toolbox dragging it into the graphics air and after this progedura appeared the component configuration menu in the propertymanager from I could change all parameters of the toothed wheel as module step etc.... But today when I tried again, I don't see this table as I do? I did the same procedure two days ago but nothing.... Can you help me? Thank you. .

Are you dragging inside a part or a set?
Maybe that's the difference.

I'm not sure of these if I was in sibly or in part but thinking about it part because it makes a difference? I only use it in sibly... .

to insert a part into another part you have to use the derivative component command.

toolbox components must be dragged together to be mounted.

Maybe I’m wrong then I go on toolbox in the environment part select iso and go on toothed wheel I take drag on graphic area but don’t leave the menu to insert the changeover data pressure angle etc.....it seems strange....

Sorry I'm late but only today I had time to try this thing, and I managed it, but now I have another problem that is connected to this. after drawing the toothed wheel as I want it I click on it with the button desto and I say open part I change the part and save by name, but when I go into the environment together the part is not modified and returns as to the origin without any change as ever?

because it is not a normal part but a part linked to the toolbox.
you must convert it with sldsetdocprop.exe present in c:\program files\solidworks corp\solidworks\toolbox\data utilities.
