initial toolbox configuration

Good morning to all,
I have a problem I think really simple to solve but I looked for and wanted but I do not find the solution.
I have to use the toolboxes on solidworks 2013 but when I click on "Add Now" I get an error message first and then the image I attach to you.
I have tried all the various procedures of that "guide" but it does not seem to serve only to modify the already existing toolsboxes that but it does not let me use.
