insert a point on a construction line

I want to put it in the eye, I need a magnet effect that allows me to insert the point exactly on the construction line. I just found out the "near" snap that if I'm wrong, it should serve just that.

in your case you need the near osnap (vic keyboard alias) that identifies any point of an entity.
