insert caption on altitude!?

hello to all I wanted to send you a hand-off.Is it possible to insert a note automatically when pulling a quota in the table?(see figure).I explain better:
I have a particular that I often use as "father" to make other longer details, of different diameter etc. and every time I have to quote it in addition to the text of the quota I would like to automatically come out a note , which I currently do manually (see image on the left) ,a thing very similar to the insertion of the caption for the cosmetic thread. . .
I hope you can do what I ask because it would save me a lot of time

what are the parameters that make you understand; I'll put the note at this price and not at this rate?
or register a macro and edit it to get what you want or save the quota with the note as favorite and call it back whenever you want, so the variable <dim> It doesn't change.</dim>

I just need the notes to come out only when I insert the height quota (which could be given or by a sketch or by an extrusion) the solution of mechanicmg is the simplest but dangerous because in that way from the table you could vary the size of the part (and since I am not the only one that opens the file I prefer to avoid. . . )
soliduser can tell me what's best and how to do it?
I forgot the note would remain fixed but logically the height in mm varies

if in the note you remain fixed all the words except the length of the piece and use it as given...there is my solution. make configurations in the part/assieme.
