insert external reference on coordinates

Good afternoon to all, I would like to ask you if possible help. I try to briefly explain what happens on autocad 3dmap 2017.
I press that until a few months ago everything worked properly.
I have to create a cartography starting from dwg files of the original ctr already georeferentiated, therefore if I merge multiple sheets of the ctr one next to the other placing them all in one dwg they all go in their place exploiting the coordinates.
after creating the mosaic of the map, this file is saved and used as a base, therefore I call it as an external reference (dwg) and in the import phase I leave the automatic insertion, so it should go on the coordinates of the ctr. I assume that the file is placed on the right coordinates as said earlier, until a few months ago, it always worked. Instead, the problem that I find is precisely this, that the file is not inserted on its coordinates but is moved from all over.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can solve this problem? Thank you in advance.
allego screen of the autocad file home screen ready to import the external file.pagina iniziale.webpthis instead the import screenimport.webp

hi gp. and thank you for having responded,
if you mean this
ucs.webp is already set on global... maybe I should set it from another menu?
