insert labels on print edges

So you make a block containing the logo. the text having the font already its thickness could give some problem, in such case draw it and you can manage visibility in the print stage as well as with the amnche color with the thickness of the pen.
the block can make it dynamic so you can use only one for each drawing format or create one for each format
