insert text with link between model and layout

hi, as from object I would need in some way to create in the model space a text with data field that allows me to connect and view
of a text within a layout.

I explain better...thanks to the solution suggested in the following discussion

I would now need to create texts in the model space that each refer to the tav."n text present in the respective layouts so but show its content.
I would like to create lists in the model that automatically update to the change of text assigned in the respective layouts
for example, in a list in the type model this:
tav.1.....(linked to text tav.1 in the first layout)
tav.2.....(linked to text tav.2 in second layout)
tav.3.....(linked to text tav.3 in third layout)
tav.4.....(linked to text tav.4 in the fourth layout)

when the layout tav.2 will pass in position 5 and will become tav.5, the list in the model should update so
tav.1
tav.5
tav.3
tav.4

I hope my imagination is not too far from reality....
