Good evening, I find myself struggling with a problem that I think may also be overwhelmed, but I would like to deepen:
is it possible according to you to insert a word document in autocad so that it is displayed as we see it in word, then with all margins and format that in this case corresponds to a4?

Yes, you can insert it.
open the word file, select what you want and copy (ctrl+c)
in autocad, in the edited menu, choose "special glue" and paste as word file.

in this way it is inserted as an ole and incorporated to the dwg.
the beautiful thing is that with double click (almost ever immediate) opens the file with word and you can edit.

but, when copying from word, only the content that is between the dx and sx gates is copied, the margins are not copied. then the sheet background that we see in word (i.e. the sheet area which also includes the fixed margins) is excluded from the copy

otherwise cover the text and paste it into a mtext.
