insertion beams

I have some pictures of my living room and kitchen. I would like to insert light walnut beams on the ceiling to see the aesthetic effect.
I don't know how to do this.
I'll attach photos of how I'd like to place the beams.
I do not know if it is a long job...

a method is to draw the volume of the room (without inserting unnecessary details, only volume) and to put it on a layer, draw the beams "hooking" to the volume, look for the right perspective by combining the volume to the photo, render only the beams

You should give me the shape and size of the rooms (even the height) to recreate the volume.
try to make a solid in cad and attach it
