insertion of beams and pillars

Good evening,
Can someone give me advice on how to insert beams and pillars into the model and connect them to the masonry? They are in the learning phase, therefore they are at a basic level. so far I used only 2d autocad.
I inserted the pillars, beams and swabs. I then designed the backed ceiling with respect to the outer wire so that the insulating layer included in the buffer package goes to cover the outer edge of the same. the problem is that by using the joint command both in the plant and in the section (in this case by combining the insulation of the swab goes to cover the edge of the loft) it combines me with a mess.
I find the prospectuses with lines and holes.. .

probably when revit asked you if you want to associate the lower part of the floor to the walls, you answered yes...

if instead I want to represent pillars and beams only in plants and sections should I use the region (fielding/mask)?
Unfortunately even dissociating the walls, the joint command does not always work in a clean way. I still find myself with many problems. I will try to divide the stratigraphy of the wall to see if it is possible to solve.

No. simply turn off the categories of beams and pillars in the views where you do not want them to be visible...as you have always done in autocad with layers

I explained badly, I meant in case I do not want to insert beams and pillars as family objects but simply represent them in plants sections with a retino. Unfortunately I still have to enter the logic of the bim.
