insertion of xref or blocks with changing attributes retini

hello to everyone I write to you because I have a problem that always happens to me.
when I insert in a drawing an xref or a block with autocad attribute changes the position of the retini by blowing all the design.
some retinals change position and from below pass to above covering lines and quotas.
does not change if they are associative or not some change them and others do not.

Has anyone happened?

I don't know if you've solved this problem anymore.
to me happens every once in a while in rename the blocks..spost the nets over the lines.
the only solution I found is to enter the editor and bring the restraints under everything.
