insufficient memory. store data and exit

Good morning to all, as from title I have an insufficient memory problem.
I have already looked into existing discussions and the solutions found do not work. . .
I have a version 15.50.4.0 of cocreate modeling and I can't open a model in .igs format of almost 15 mb because the message "insufficient memory appears to me. store data and exit." I tried to restart the pc to "clean" the memory space occupied by the modeling and to increase to 4000 the memory-limit of the program but continues to give me the same error.
possible that it is not possible to open a model of such size?

and also from some program

I'm sorry, but I'm not allowed to share the file... it is a total with parts of body shop... I asked the client to re-salve the file and re-send it...the problem however persists. .

send a simple part to test
pure a cylinder
usually what I don't open with a program I can open up with another
example with parasolids if you edit strings at the beginning of the file then it opens it without problems

Thank you, I tried to send the axieme "disassembled" into multiple files and, apparently, having dimensions less than the almost 15 mb of the previous one, I can open it. . .
But it seems absurd that it is not possible to open it directly, thus avoiding "reassemble" all the pieces...patience.
