interference toothed wheels

as you notice from the attached screenshot, interference occurs in gearing.
the values used are:
i=100 mm
♪
z2=80
m = 2
pressure angle=20°

I do not understand where the problem is, since z min with pressure angle of 20° is 18 teeth

the model generated by inventor is cosmetic, the shape of the teeth is not real

therefore consequently also a stl model exported from the same file would have the same problem?

on "export tooth form" there is some other option, but I never had to use it so I have no idea whether it is usable or not

in the browser, select the toothed gears made with the component generator, right click -------- export tooth shape.

this until 2014, but I doubt that changes have been made to the component generator (it's equal for years)

Alternatively you can use kisssoft paid to get profiles in step format sufficiently finished really and made according to real manufacturing procedures with all parameters.
or there is free gear module on freecad 0.16/0.17 that realizes quite true tooth forms.
