internal cam on cylindrical surface

I have to create a candle milling process inside a cylindrical face; so the excavation must have the parallel faces.
I can't get it with the swollen command with the sweep command (I use inventor pro 2018)
Can anyone help me?

So what's the problem? If you want to extrude parallel the road is that.
then if the bottom you need "parallele" to the cylindrical surface create an offset surface and cuts with that.
