intersection and guideline

someone can tell me what I turned off inadvertently because using solidworks when performing a sketch I no longer have the dotted guide line (vertical/horizontal) and does not display me + the intersection points and circle centers.

look up: system options, disk "shows center points of the arc in the sketches of parts/assiems" or " shows the points of entity in the sketches of parts/assiems".

Maybe they're both deflated or one of two.
