intersection edges between solids

I would like to build a set, but the parts would fall from the various intersections.
For example, having done a loft extrusion, I would like to get the various sections along the loft axis..... how do I proceed? Do I have to create surfaces, plans, or are there any functions on purpose and export them to a new part?

I'll explain how I do... and tell me how wrong it is.


given a loft or something, I create a plan that dissects where I want the solid.
Then I sketch a rectangle and build a surface.
made this use "convert entities" that splashes on the surface my section at that point.
then I make a banal "ctrl+c" and in a new part I make a "ctrl+v".

In any case, if we want the new solid to be adaptive to the basic project, I would say that you can work together create a new part and select the profiles we need. otherwise in part mode you have to break the solids and save them as part. I happen very little though if you follow the tutorials of the molds, as you do the division line, as you do the matrix and the countermatrix you will have all the information about your questions.

I am specialized in the design of industrial plants and machines and therefore on mechanical components and not on products (which can be moulds, machining with surfaces etc.).
