invalid thread data table

I don't know if it was service pack 1
but when I insert the bolted connection gives me this error and does not go ahead

"No valid thread data table. check the thread.xls file"

What can I do?

Thank you but fortunately it didn't happen to me anymore.
I think it's a problem with the vault.
when I had happened I did logout then login and everything worked as before
