Hello, everyone.
from today afternoon I am unable to use inventor 2011. the application starts but if I try to open a file or create a new one the program opens it, I see the list of the works that then disappears when the model is displayed and everything is planned by exploiting the whole cpu without doing anything.
the same thing happens to me if I start the program and then click on the top left button. do not appear the drop-down menu and you will pack everything.
I tried to restart, restore system to uninstall it and reinstall it but nothing no longer works.

Can anyone help me?

i windows 7 ultimate a 64bit

read the rules of the forum before posting.... always to the usual... if one enters your house and starts telling you what it feels like to tell you.... You ask him: Sorry, who are you? What do you want? Didn't they teach you good manners? ... even here works more or less so

(why have I read too many posts this way tonight?? ? ? ? ? )

- solution: format c:
- buy original inventor, then it works;)

1. I presented myself in the specific discussion. If you don't read the news, I don't know what to do with it.

2. your solution denotes little interest to other users and also little computer skills and also a lot of arrogance in assuming that I have pirate software when instead I have the original version for students (I also add a little ignorance: have you ever visited the autodesk forum? Have you seen how many discussions start with invetor crash? )

Mom my senior member at her post like that? compliments:finger:
It forgives the vent, but answers like yours are blowing my nerves.

I also see that you are not alone

I agree with the fact that it is not fair to accuse with "law" to others to use illegal software. . .
But it doesn't seem possible for you to be introduced because, at least at this time I write, you have 2 total messages and you have 2 messages in this discussion. . .

Sorry, nosf3r, we've been a little late.
I did not want to intervene immediately and I hurt, you could well think that your license was educational, given your profile.
As for your problem, I always throw out the presence of properly activated excels.
I know that I risk being boring and it may well be that in your case the reason is not this, but to me the same kind of error has occurred several times and always because of what I just wrote, it has now become routine.
inventor 2011 also requires the presence of a specific version of excel to work best, now I do not remember which but on the site is clearly indicated.

Now I have to go out, do good.

Bye.

it is not true that it did not show up, did it on 22-02-2011 at 21: 08

Be quiet, please.

no but and that I was all yesterday afternoon banging our head as in the morning I had made the boiler of a coffee maker  and in the afternoon he packed and since then he did not want to know how to work.
for the fact of excel I read it also on autodesk forums but my office is activated and in place. I try to look at the office again.

However I understand your being prevented but I wouldn't be enrolled in a serious forum like this to ask for info about stuff. the polytechnic of torino fortunately offers me the tools to vent my passions (and also free ).

I try again and if I find and solve the place here so it can be useful to others

update: I just read about the problem with excel here on the forum. As soon as I can control it. If it's the one that's perodnatemi for opening a useless discussion but I didn't think it could depend on that

apart from the moderator already responded but I also noticed this thing that counted me as or even the presentation mess.

However powerful to go quiet because it is not the only forum I attend and present is the practice. and in the real world.

I apologize if the vent may have offended someone but I felt attacked for no reason.

I apologize for my frantic support at the post of mechanicsmg, to what I understand you presented in the off topics section.
I point out that there is a presentation section called "new users inventor present here" which is precisely the section where inventor users present themselves; and where I do not read your presentation at the moment.
to know that a new inventor user showed up, I just need to take a look at this section without going to read the news or to spulciate all the forums.
I say this, I welcome you:
