Hello everyone,
I am a user of inventor 2008 suites, I should switch to the new release 2012/ 2013.
I would need advice for a hp workstation or to design large assemblies with thousands of parts
the problem of inventor in my opinion, has always been the regeneration of the tables and the dispersion of the details in the rotations
Do you have any advice?
Thank you.

Good morning.
there are some users who can give me some advice about the hardware
Thank you.
greetings

the work with the 2011 version I have nua ws hp 400con16 giga of ram video card nvida fx3500 (think 500mega of ram) with xp 64 . if you want to manage big assemblies only with xp 64 you can do it. However when you have 5000 screw pieces including start having problems with the rotation and regeneration of the assemblies. Obviously you have to work with levels of detail and substitutes. and a good compromise.

Hi.
thanks for the info
Does your video card have only 512 mb of ram?? Usually minimum is 1 gb for inventor
another question, but with the 2011 version there are still problems of regeneration of the tables??
my sw suppliers then say some great ca...ate:
the assemblies were heavy with my version and are still
are really disappointed
bye and thanks again:finger:

I checked my video card is a nvidia fx4000 ram 2 giga. However if you start making the 7 mega table puts the update times are long
