Hello.

I have a problem with flexible assemblies.

when I go to mount them on some other set where flexibility allows me to have a unique file to be used in different contexts, it begins to give problems of incompatible relationships (even not directly connected to flexibility), without any apparent reason or logical connection.

I'll fix them, they'll disappear, then they'll still get back to trouble.

sometimes closing and reopening the set is "resolves" by itself, but they have short life, the problem is resumed.

I have already written it before, all the pieces must have the constraints so that they do not have degrees of freedom, do not let the screws be free to rotate, when the assembly has uncertainties in the placements, it goes into the ball, and it is also right that it is so.
If you notice, in the last rel. ( 2019 and 2020 ), autodesk tried to solve, badly, the problem, adding the rotation lock check for the hole pin bond.
In this way, the program has less variable to evaluate, but some constraints have been made as if the piece was blocked, preventing, in fact, an easy adjustment of the positions assumed by the details, both following changes during the design, and when flexible the positioning of these details is made.

My screws are always bound to couples like this:in the past years I did not do it and I had assemblies with thousands of screws, even mounted in flexible groups, which became unmanageable.
Since I follow this method, even more challenging, they do what I want and not what they want.
It's not all this, sometimes it happens inexplicable things, and I noticed that with the rel. Previously, they didn't happen, on these occasions I do what during the course (Rel. 5.3 ) the technician said to me: "after you mounted everything as you need, suppress the constraints and block everything."
